As a therapeutic body worker, I do my utmost to be mindful of the whole being when treating the
physical body. We are physical, emotional and energetic beings.  It is important that each of us take an
active role and responsibility in our own 'health and wellbeing'.  

In my practice,  I utilize the neuromuscular, therapeutic and rehabilitative systems of massage therapy, in
addition incorporating energy healing, sound therapy, healing imagery, intuition, aromatherapy, and other
modalities for an integrated therapeutic session.  I do my utmost to treat a client's pain and discomfort
while in my office, and then offer tools for self-treatment such as, specific stretching techniques, simple
stress relief tools, awareness exercises, and ....  

My goal is that each individual that comes to me for treatment will feel important, listened to, nurtured,
and ultimately leave my office feeling ... needed relief.  Our body is truly amazing in its ability to heal
and regenerate if we give it a chance.
